1. Acceptance
By accessing or using nerdik (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Piotr Kurpiewski.
2. Description of the Service
nerdik is a platform for discovering, organizing, and coordinating events and activities. Features may include public listings, scheduling, participation management, and user-generated content.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Upload malware, spam, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service without permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party authentication providers or other external services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that events or activities listed on the Service will take place as described. Organizers and participants are responsible for their own arrangements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piotr Kurpiewski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you have not paid us.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
